Make sure you’ve grabbed your parachute because we’re skydiving back into the jungle in the latest I’m a Celebrity promo from Jonas McQuiggin

It’s that time of year again where we head back to the jungle to watch some famous faces eat yucky bugs and make fools out of themselves on national television, yes that’s right I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! is coming back to our screens in November on ITV. To kick things off and to build excitement The Visionaries director, Joans McQuiggin teamed up with the iconic duo Ant & Dec for an action fuelled new trailer to get the pulses racing. The new trailer takes place miles up in the sky and is not for the faint of heart. Witness poor Dec having to jump out of a helicopter..although it could be worse he could be eating the private parts of a kangaroo, so every silver lining.

Here’s what Jonas had to say about working on the project - “This was a rock and roll action pact adventure … lock that in with two of the country’s favourite comedians and I found myself in the middle of an EPIC promo for I’m A Celebrity.

From the first draft of the treatment I wanted this to look, feel and sound like a mini feature. The more serious, the more real it was, the funnier it would be … ‘What would Tom Cruise do?’ was on repeat in my head … and it worked.

What I love the most about the piece is the pace, it’s a nonstop comedic slap in the face for the audience - tossed right inside and outta of a chopper without a clue what was going on.

‘We ain’t in Wales anymore!’

No products, no logos … just the legends that are Ant, Dec and myself doing what we do best … make people laugh.”.

No Questions Unanswered in World Cup themed Currys PC World Spots from Claire Norowzian

No questions left unanswered in the latest series of Currys spots from Claire Norowzian. Her latest work for Currys PC World is a celebration of technology and the upcoming FIFA World Cup. The latest iteration of the ‘No questions unanswered’ campaign from AMV BBDO sees Currys colleagues travel to different locations across the globe to help answer customers’ questions. Claire brings her brand of zany live action and animation to the table and in doing so produces some very fun commercials.

The Sony HQ spot turns to Japanese anime for inspiration as we see the Currys Expert transform from live action and into anime inspired animation as the Currys store morphs to Tokyo City and back again.

In the LG OLED spot Sid the Currys Experts literally goes the extra mile to check that the LG OLED will capture all the football in crystal clear quality and visits a football stadium where the screen quality helps the referee with the match.

And in the Samsung spot the Currys Expert tests the anti-glare of the Samsung QN90B by traveling to a sun bleached desert…but the sun is no match for the anti-glare, talk about top class customer service.

Make sure if you want to watch this year's FIFA World Cup in all of its glory then maybe pay a visit to your nearest Currys PC World.

Eco anxiety is no joke and can strike at any time, but have no fear Jacob Hopewell and Grundig have you covered

A trip to the local coffee shop can turn into a dread-inducing experience when you look around and all the other customers have brought their own eco-friendly cups and you’re standing there waiting for a paper or dare we say a plastic cup, that will go straight in the bin after one use. A nice hot shower after a long day of grafting can feel like a selfish act of indulgence, and there’s the confusing ordeal of deciding what to recycle and what not to.

Jacob Hopewell perfectly captures that eco-anxiety feeling with some lovely camera work that adds a lot of humour. Jacob’s use of close-ups really brings out the comedy and sense of sudden panic when an eco dilemma strikes, whether that be in a coffee shop or the comfort of your own home.

But have no fear because all of Grundig’s products are sustainable, so you can wash away that eco-anxiety and get on with your day.

The Mandela Project - Huse Monfaradi’s new five part series for Youtube Originals Black Voices Fund

Huse Monfaradi’s latest work  “The Mandela Project” is an insightful and important five part series for YouTube Originals Black Voices Fund. With a global spanning production and starring a diverse range of talent. The message of the series is the importance of community and togetherness championing the spirit of Nelson Mandela Day. One episode features UK rapper Big Zuu and takes us to a community Garden in North London, another episode takes us across the Atlantic with the Fresh Prince Of Bel Air actor; Jabari Banks to encourage Gen Z African Americans to vote. The series also features episodes with ex Manchester United footballer Patrice Evra, Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi and Black-ish stat Marasi Martin.

The Mandela Project - Trailer

The Mandela Project - Ft Big Zuu

The Mandela Project - Ft Jabari Banks

Huse explained how the project came to be, saying: “It was a huge honour to be Series Director on “The Mandela Project”, a five part series for YouTube Originals Black Voices Fund, produced through Paramount’s international studio VIS, celebrating the legacy of the great man himself. Shooting across multiple territories in the UK, US and South Africa and with a diverse range of A-list talents was logistically and creatively challenging, but ultimately extremely rewarding.

The essence of Nelson Mandela Day is to encourage people to take part in community service and acts of kindness. The series took us from Big Zuu working in a community garden in North London alongside an aspiring young female farmer, to the new Fresh Prince Of Bel Air,  Jabari Banks, helping run a voter registration drive in Atlanta Georgia, encouraging Gen Z African Americans to vote and meeting with young voting activists.

Personally, I thrive filming in documentary settings and for this project especially the subject matter was super gratifying, as we entered the homes and lives of everyday people to tell their individual and at times compelling stories.”
