Over the last decade Toby has directed over a hundred films for numerous brands around the world, winning numerous industry awards in the process.

His short film FLOOR 9.5 which was produced by FOX Studios for BBDO/MARS, starring the BAFTA winning Georgina Campbell has been cited by AdWeek as part of "one of the most innovative and effective ad campaigns in recent years". It was subsequently awarded a 2018 Cannes Lion and a Best of the Best at the Brand Film Festival
