Zaeem has always wanted to create, saying there is a unique power to the process of creation, and in it, he has found my center, peace. However, he didn’t start knowing he wanted to be a director; rather, it was a journey of self-discovery. He started this path with music, which evolved into photography, cinematography, and film direction; here, he found himself and knew he was home. This is what he was meant to be.

For Zaeem, films intend to help us explore, whether it’s the world or ourselves; as an explorer myself, he aims to make films that make you see the world in a different light. These are the types of films he wants to create; to tell meaningful, complex stories in which the audience can find a new side of themselves.
