Tom Clover
COMEDY | PERFORMANCE | VFX
Tom Clover is a director based in London, recognised for his vibrant and character-driven work, infused with humor and energy.
Originally from the West Country, Tom’s early years were spent with a camera in one hand and a skateboard in the other. Whether capturing his skateboarding tricks or the serene landscapes around him, he was constantly creating. He often likens his upbringing to the movie Hot Fuzz—presumably for its portrayal of a peaceful village rather than its darkly comedic twist involving a secretive society. At least, we hope so.
Now, as an adult with a more refined skill set and slightly larger shoes, Tom continues his filmmaking journey. Though his skateboarding abilities may have declined, his talent behind the camera has only grown. His interest in commercial directing was sparked when he participated in the Kodak Commercial competition, producing a quirky ad that imagined tiny scientists inside our brains, hard at work making us smile. In addition to commercials, Tom has a passion for music videos, with Virtual Insanity topping his list of favourites.
