Siqi Li is an image maker based between London and Beijing. She has a sustained interest in landscape representation, identity and still life.
She engages with her subjects through a wide range of photographic approaches, from hand-held digital to large-format film camera. Her background in documentary photography provided her with the ability to create multi-layered narratives, informing her aesthetically engaged commercial projects with a telling sensibility.
Working on both commercial and long-term personal works, Siqi sees each project as a way to further explore the possibility and boundary of image making.
