Jade Smith currently lives and works in London. After graduating from Southampton Solent University with a BA Hons in Contemporary Photography they moved to London and worked as a freelance assistant photographer in various studios in London. Eventually progressing independently and working now as a Freelance Director, Photographer and Editor in various commercial work in film and photography. Their work has won various prizes and they have been published online and in print through various editorial work.

Jade has recently redirected themselves towards community, sports and contemporary inspired projects. They are currently developing new work whilst working on commercial work.

Jade’s most recent commercial win was a nominated top 10 shortlist at The Winter Shiny Awards with their first Sports Ad Adidas x Goals for Girls also shown within the shortlist presented at last year’s APA underrepresented directors showcase in London.
