Jessie produces and directs documentary and brand content across a variety of genres and forms. She has a particular interest in socially conscious stories, highlighting marginalised voices and issues from around the world.

She studied Film and Literature at Warwick University, before completing a Masters in Screen Documentary at Goldsmiths where she was awarded a One World Media Bursary for her first short documentary set in a ‘social’ South African circus.

Her films have been broadcast, and screened around the world, and her most recent film, Waves, has won Best of the Festival and Best Non-Fiction at TriForce Film Festival, Best Short Documentary at Barcelona International Short Film Festival and The Youth Jury Prize at Encounters Int Documentary Festival.
